We are a “solutions” driven company where people matter; we are a company that provides compassionate care in our Client’s homes. We know that there are many options available when it comes to in home-care, Cypress is proud to stand above the rest by being one of the only homecare agencies to provide high quality in-house training in the Joan S. Roth Caregiver Training Lab. Each of Cypress’ recruits go through two full days of training, which includes one day in a classroom setting and the next in our Caregiver Training Lab. Cypress follows a curriculum based training program provided by the American Red Cross, and all new caregivers receive training in CPR and First Aid. Each of our caregivers are licensed, bonded, CPR and First Aid Certified, must have a negative TB Screen test, and must pass a 50 state background check and pre-employment drug screening.
