Jennifer Hubbart, Scheduling Coordinator

“My passion is to help others, whether it’s helping a patient get equipment delivered in the same day or helping a coworker change a tire. I love to help people get where they are going with a smile.”

As a Scheduling Coordinator, Jennifer maintains communication with clients, their families and caregivers. She ensures that everyone’s needs are being met and reacts accordingly to any changes that need to be made. Jennifer has been in the healthcare field for eight years working in hospice as a Patient Care Secretary and volunteering in group homes. Her deep dedication to her work has resulted in her being awarded Employee of the Month at her past job. Jennifer immediately felt warm and welcomed when she walked through the door and wanted to join a team with such caring attitudes. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outside at the beach, camping and riding dirt bikes with her family. Cooking and enjoying meals with friends and family are very important to her as well.
