Cypress HomeCare Solutions offers choice assignments, block staffing, and flexibility. Our company offers health and dental insurance in which Cypress pays a percentage of the employee cost, mileage reimbursement, direct deposit and weekly pay. Each month, employees receive our Cypress Connection newsletter with details on upcoming training and information to better care for our Clients.
By working for an agency rather than a facility, our employees get the opportunity to manage their own lives while still receiving the benefits of facility employment. Our employees work when and where they want, allowing them to spend time with their families when their families need them, not when it fits into a rigid 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday through Friday week. If our employees want a week off, they take it; yet, if they choose to work six or seven days a week, we will find them work.
