Join us in congratulating Jaiva Mackey for being awarded Caregiver of the Month for November! She’s been with Cypress since November of 2017. Jaiva is currently working toward a nursing degree and absolutely loves preparing for her career working with her Cypress clients. She has an incredibly kind and easy-going spirit that serves her well with her current clients and will continue to do so with her future patients. Jaiva is such a hard worker and wants to ensure that her clients are getting exactly what they need when they need so she chooses to work seven days a week. She goes above and beyond by doing things like checking up on her client’s homes during hospital visits. This behavior does not go unnoticed as clients always offer positive feedback for Jaiva.  She is always willing to help out the Scheduling team if they need it, even if it’s last minute. We’re so grateful to have Jaiva on the Cypress Team, thank you for all you do!
