Additional Support Through the Medicare GUIDE Program

The program provides eligible families with dementia care guidance, caregiver education, 24/7 support, and up to $2,500 in fully reimbursed respite care each year for qualifying caregivers.
Through its partnership with Eli Health and a Medicare-approved GUIDE participant, Cypress HomeCare Solutions can help eligible families connect with these resources. After enrollment and approval, Cypress can provide in-home respite care and daily support to help families manage the ongoing demands of dementia care.
GUIDE is not available to individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans.
