Medicare Support for Dementia Caregivers
If you are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia, you may be eligible for additional support through the Medicare GUIDE Program. GUIDE connects eligible families with dementia care guidance, caregiver education, 24/7 support, and up to $2,500 in fully reimbursed respite care each year for qualified caregivers.
Through its partnership with Eli Health and a Medicare-approved GUIDE participant, Cypress HomeCare Solutions can help families access the program. Once enrolled and approved, Cypress can provide in-home respite care and daily support, giving family caregivers more time to rest while their loved one receives dependable care.
GUIDE is not available to individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans.
