Join us in congratulating Michelle Hernandez for being awarded Caregiver of the Month for August! She’s been with Cypress since May of 2017.  Michelle is extremely communicative and proactive! She has been a C.N.A. in the state of Arizona since 2009 making her very knowledgeable in care techniques.  Michelle is great at considering and suggesting ways to improve her client’s lives.  Her problem-solving skills when it comes to working with people with dementia make her a great fit for many clients and families. Michelle constantly receives positive feedback from clients and families.  Additionally, her reliability and caring nature make her a fantastic member of the Cypress Care Team.  We’re so grateful to have Michelle on the team, thank you for all you do!
