We know that there are many options available when it comes to in home-care, Cypress is proud to stand above the rest by being one of the only homecare agencies in Maricopa County to provide high quality in-house training in the Joan S. Roth Caregiver Training Lab. Each of Cypress’ recruits go through two full days of training, which includes one day in a classroom setting and the next in our Caregiver Training Lab. Cypress follows a curriculum based training program provided by the American Red Cross, and all new caregivers receive training in CPR and First Aid. Each of our caregivers are licensed, bonded, CPR and First Aid Certified, must have a negative TB Screen test, and must pass a thorough criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen. Cypress Homecare Solutions is the premier trusted homecare company in Arizona committed to quality, finding solutions, and exceeding our client’s expectations.
Using a 167-pound human model, the Caregiver Training Lab provides hands-on experience to Cypress’ Caregivers, as well as family members/homemakers who are in need of knowledge to assist their loved ones. The Caregiver Lab offers ongoing training as needed, averaging four to six sessions per month. Family Caregiving Seminars are offered on an as needed basis, however family members are encouraged to attend our Caregiver Training classes at anytime for FREE. Over 600 families have been trained since the inception of the Caregiver Training Lab FREE of charge.
Free Home Assessment…We provide FREE in home assessment interviews which give us a clear picture of our client’s lifestyle and personality. We match caregivers to the specific needs of a client and we personally introduce a caregiver. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
