Through its partnership with Eli Health and a Medicare-approved GUIDE participant, Cypress HomeCare Solutions can help eligible families connect with the program. Once enrolled and approved, Cypress can provide in-home respite care and daily support to help make caregiving more manageable.
GUIDE is not available to individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans.
