No. Cypress HomeCare Solutions partners with Eli Health and a Medicare-approved GUIDE participant to help eligible families access the program and get reimbursed for in-home care services.
What are the specific eligibility requirements to qualify?
To qualify, your loved one must:
- Have a dementia diagnosis
- Be enrolled in traditional Medicare Parts A and B
- Not receive hospice benefits
GUIDE is not available to individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans. We’ll confirm your eligibility through the GUIDE enrollment process.
