The Registered Nurses Can Provide, But Are Not Limited to the Following:
- Provide skilled nursing care to the assigned patient (s).
- Maintain accurate, complete records regarding patient care including charts, nursing care plans, and evaluation as a regular part of patient care.
- Initiate and apply appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures and techniques and maintain communication regarding patient care with the physician and nursing supervisor.
- Perform therapeutic measure prescribed by the physician.
- Supervise ancillary personnel when assigned.
- Cooperate with health care personnel and/or the family to provide continuity of patient care.
- Adhere to policies and procedures of Cypress.
- Adhere to current health practices in evaluation, observation, and application of nursing skills.
- Perform nursing care within the guidelines of the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Performance of nursing care will be limited to the population in which you are trained and proficient.
- Show evidence of continuing education.
- Arrives promptly at assigned facility or client's residence, allowing time to become familiar with the surroundings.
- Maintains confidentiality with regard to the Client/Patient and employees.
- Adheres to the standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.).

- Assists Person to and from appointments, lunches, dinners, movies or shows.
- Performs home management skills including changing linen, laundry, ironing, and washing dishes.
- Provides additional house hold chores such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, trash removal, and watering plants.
- Help maintains a clean and safe environment for safety.
- Assist with personal needs if requested such as dressing, prepares meals, buys groceries, plans meals and snacks, follows low-fat and low-salt meal plans.
- Assist Client/Patient with simple transfers such as in and out of bed or chairs.
- Assist with reminding client to take medication.
- Assists with activities such as reading, conversation, crafts, needlework, games, movie, TV viewing, and other physical activities as tolerated.
- Maintains confidentiality with regard to the Client/Patient medical history and records.
- Adheres to the standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.)
- Adheres to the Policies and Procedures established by Cypress HomeCare Solutions.
- Maintain safety by maintaining current CPR and First aid certificate.

Concierges will receive the same orientation certification program as personal care attendants and the same supervision as personal care attendants. The Concierge will dress in a professional manner that will make the client feel at ease while out in the public

- Assists Client/Patient in diversional activities such as reading, conversation, crafts, needlework, games, movie and TV viewing, physical activities as tolerated.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment.
- Maintains confidentiality with regard to the Client/Patient and employees.
- Adheres to the standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.).
