Basic competency prior to scheduling clients will include but not limited to the following areas: - Basic characteristics of the physically impaired and older adults.
- Recognition of significant physical, emotional and mental changes in Client/Patients condition.
- Be fully trained to follow procedures for reporting changes to supervisor.
Personal Care Attendants will receive the same orientation certification program as Concierges and the same supervision as Concierges. |
