Party time at the Cypress HomeCare Solutions office! This pooch just turned one (or seven, but who’s counting…), which means this “solutions” dog is ready for pet therapy action! Alright, maybe I still need to earn my Pet Therapy Certification, but since that’s only weeks away, I figure I can start celebrating.
I had a great time at my birthday bash last week, especially playing with my Cypress friends and hamming it up for the camera. The food was delicious, and everyone left with full tummies and smiling faces. It got a little busy, so I helped the schedulers out with answering phones while everyone dug in. Overall, I was on my best birthday behavior and received plenty of belly-scratches of approval.
Even though I only asked for ear scratches as gifts, some really nice folks gave me a HUGE bag of doggie treats — it took all my restraint not to eat the howl box! Also, my Cypress family gave me a great dental dog toy to keep my pearly whites clean so I can make a doggone good impression on my people visits. My favorite part of the party, though, was seeing my pretty pink cake and having everyone sing “Happy Birthday” to me. I know I’m not supposed to tell, but after I blew out my candles I wished for everyone to feel happiness, joy and love this year, and I hope I can be the helpful pup to make life a little less ruff!
With my new leash on life, I’m excited to finally get out there to comfort and cuddle people in need. Just give me a call, I have a big heart and I’m ready to make my birthday wish come true!
