Cypress HomeCare Solutions had the honor and privilege last week of welcoming 13 home care professionals from across the country to our office for the first-ever Private Duty Field Trip, hosted by the Academy for Private Duty Home Care and One On One Home Care Solutions. This all-day event gave participants insight into running a successful home care agency by giving them a sneak peek at the day-to-day operations and marketing practices we employ at Cypress.
Cypress’ Chief Operating Officer Scott Spangler presented his operations and human resources expertise, explaining the systems and standards we use at Cypress to ensure the safety of our clients. In addition, Bob Roth, Cypress’ Managing Partner, discussed the marketing and business development tactics that can be used in any community setting to best communicate the services non-medical home care agencies provide. Through these presentations and discussions, our Cypress leaders were able to both assist other home care leaders with ways to grow their individual businesses, as well as to contribute to setting the standard of success in our industry. Overall, the event was a huge success, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share our keys to success with home care leaders throughout the country.
