Phoenix Business Journal’s Annual Small Business Awards Honors Cypress HomeCare
Cypress HomeCare Solutions, a leading home care company providing quality, individualized and compassionate care to clients aging gracefully at home, announced today that they have been selected as a finalist for the 2023 Phoenix Business Journal’s Small Business Awards.
There were 86 businesses nominated, with a jury panel narrowing the list of nominees down to 15 finalists based on several factors including revenue growth, contributions to their industries, vision for the future of their companies, and impact on the local economy and community.

This recognition highlights Cypress HomeCare Solutions’ commitment to excellence and our dedication to providing exemplary care to our community,” said Bob Roth, co-founder and managing partner of Cypress HomeCare Solutions.
Bob assisted in creating Cypress HomeCare Solutions (Cypress) with his family in 1994.
“When our story began, there were fewer than 10 home care agencies in Maricopa County,” said Roth. “Today, there are more than 700, but the demand for individualized care in the home continues to grow as more of our aging community aspires to age in place.”
In its 29 years and counting, Cypress has delivered personalized home care and memory care services to more than 2,000 families in Arizona and has been a nationwide industry leader in home care innovation. In 2005, they established the first-of-its-kind Joan S. Roth Caregiver Training Lab, which has provided free, hands-on caregiver training to more than 1,000 families, and in 2015, Cypress inaugurated its Memory Care Services to address the rise in dementia among older adults. At the beginning of 2023, Cypress started their reimagining home care campaign that addresses the challenges consumers face in receiving care.

Three winners, one from each category, will be announced during the 2023 Small Business Awards ceremony at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28 in Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch Golf Club.
