That realization led to Vali Health, a platform designed to support home care agencies by automating caregiver communication, shift scheduling, and day-to-day operations, all through artificial intelligence.

Vali Health helps agencies retain caregivers by making them feel seen, supported, and appreciated. From birthday messages to shift follow-ups, Serena’s team built an AI system that strengthens human connection while easing administrative burdens.
“It’s about helping agencies do more with less, without losing the compassion that makes this work meaningful,” she explained.
