This week, our Managing Partner, Bob Roth, attended the Decision Health – 14th Annual Private Duty National Conference & Expo — the oldest, most established training event for homecare providers. This conference delivers in-depth agency case studies and a wealth of ready-to-use tools to better serve our clients.
This year, we are very proud and honored to announce that Bob was asked to speak on 2 separate occasions at this conference to share his successes at Cypress HomeCare Solutions. While Bob shares some of the secrets to Cypress’ success some may feel he is giving away his trade secrets. According to Bob, he feels if he can assist one home care agency in delivering their message to their community and thus enabling one more person to stay at home because that is what they desire, he feels then he has succeeded. Bob helped start Cypress HomeCare Solutions with his family in 1994. And with 27 years of consumer products, health care and technology experience, Bob is considered an innovator in developing techniques used to communicate with Clients and delivering high quality home care services.
