Recently I was invited to show my therapy dog skills to a group of Stephen Ministers at the American Lutheran Church in Sun City. Admittedly, I couldn’t help but turn on my charm as soon as I walked into the room (I am an attention hound after all). After Bob finished speaking about all the great things therapy animals provide, it was my turn to show the audience what I do when I visit my friends in their homes. Susie gave me commands and I followed them perfectly (well, almost). It was really fun to meet new people and I can’t wait for my next visit!
