I cannot imagine what families must go through when they come to the realization that they have not adequately prepared for their loved ones’ long-term care needs. I am committed to the work that we do at our family’s home care agency, and I am fortunate that I get to use this platform (in addition to a radio show and podcast that I host weekly) to help get the message out to our clients, their families and the communities that we serve. I believe we should start thinking and planning for long-term care as young adults.
